Studio & Style Return & Refund Policy

At Studio & Style, we value every client and customer who supports our boutique and art studio. Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase or service experience.

Returns (Fashion Boutique Purchases)

Items may be returned within  30 days of purchase for a store credit or exchange.

  • Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Accessories (jewelry, handbags, hats, etc.) are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.


Refunds (Fashion Items)

Refunds are only offered if an item arrives damaged or defective.

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method.

Art Studio Services (Classes, Parties & Events)

Reservations for art classes, workshops, or private parties are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made 7 days in advance may be eligible for a class credit or reschedule (subject to availability).
  • “No-show” bookings are not eligible for a refund or credit.
  • In the event Studio & Style cancels a class or event, guests will receive a full refund or credit.

Consultations & Styling Services

Consultation and styling service fees are non-refundable, as they involve personalized time and preparation.

  • If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your session.

Online Orders

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
